Property agents FHP have been brought in to market a major industrial unit on a strategic site close to a major road junction.
Industrial partner Tim Gilbertson is marketing the 4.61 acre site at the Cotes Park Industrial estate, Alfreton - only a short distance from Junction 28, where the North-South M1 meets the East-West A38.
He is being instructed by Ryder Logistics, who are moving out of a site from which they have operated a major distribution facility.
Gilbertson says the site's size means it has the potential for expansion and redevelopment.
