A Courtyard of former farm buildings is fully let.
German bath manufacturer Bette GmbH has taken one 1,787 sq ft suite at the Courtyard, Lockington, as its regional office on a three-year lease at £25,000 per annum.
The final 904 sq ft suite has been let to Axon Resourcing on a three-year deal at £11,150 per annum.
The deals were concluded by Lambert Smith Hampton.
Phil Quiggin, director at LSH's Nottingham office, said: "Almost £1m was invested into speculatively converting this courtyard into a high-quality facility.
"That investment has paid off, bringing successful companies and new employment opportunities into this much sought after village location.
"Due to the high-quality design of the suites and the close proximity to junction 24 of the M1, the site has proved so popular that all office suites are now occupied."
Lockington is now home to Countrywide Surveyors, Pegasus Planning Group and FPCR Architects. It has become a thriving business destination following the earlier conversion of nearby Lockington Hall and the adjacent Garden Court development.
The Courtyard comprises inter-connecting one and two-storey buildings around a landscaped courtyard.
